Local Dermatology practice looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist.

Dermatology practice that was established in 2005 with a location in Columbus & Madison, IN. Specializing in general dermatology, surgical dermatology, & aesthetics. Consists of two Physician Assistants and one Nurse Practitioner. Our client strives to stay up to date with the latest & greatest aesthetic services offered. With this, the office as a whole is always growing & learning.

Medical Receptionist Details:
Temporary position- $
16.50 to $ 17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Greeting patients in person
- Answering Phones & forwarding calls
- Scheduling a variety of appointment types for multiple providers
- Obtaining & recording patient payments
- Responsible for protecting patients' personal, financial & medical information
- Maintaining the patient waiting room along with the reception area
- Additional responsibilities will be assigned as needed.
Medical Receptionist Qualifications:
- Must have 1-2 years’ RECENT PREVIOUS experience as a Medical Receptionist
- Excellent customer service skills in person
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Proficient in general computer skills, data entry
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to organization & detail.
- Resume and interviews required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
