Purchasing/Admin Assistant Details:
Temporary position- $
16.00 / hour Part Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 09:00am to01:00pm )
- File any paperwork from sales and office manager
- Maintain organization of excel spreadsheets with data entry
- Assist in purchasing and fulfillment of orders
- Assist in inventory checks in the warehouse and document, as needed
Purchasing/Admin Assistant Qualifications:
- Must have good knowledge of computers and data entry
- Purchasing experience is a plus
- Must be able to sit at a desk for periods of time, but also stand and walk out to the warehouse
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
