Material Handler Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 to $ 17.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
Shift:
- Client will schedule temps an 8-hour shift anytime from 6AM to 6PM
- Must be flexible
Duties:
- Utilizing SAP to confirm paperwork and verify inventory
- Complete inventory counts accurately and efficiently
- Ability to safely operate lift equipment.
- Assists in all areas when needed
- Other duties as assigned by management
Material Handler Qualifications:
- Ability to be on your feet 8+ hours a day
- Organized & detail oriented
- Able to multi-task and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
- Hilo license/certification and Forklift experience and/or the ability to pass test to be certified within company
- Ability & willingness to cross train and work OT with the ability to work varied shifts when staffing requires (1st; 2nd; 3rd shift)
- Understanding and willingness to follow OSHA, 5S, DOT, and FIFO
- SAP experience required
- Word; Excel; Teams; SharePoint experience
- Effective oral and written communication skills (Bi-lingual a plus; but not a requirement)
Physical Requirements:
- Carrying items from one location to another
- Lifting up to 50 pounds, repetitively, throughout workday from multiple height levelsFrequent bending, crouching, twisting, and reaching overheadAbility to look up, down, left, right, forward, and behind while utilizing lift equipmentContinuous gripping for the purpose of operating equipment hand controls.
