Leadman Details:
Temporary position- $
23.30 to $ 24.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
Responsibilities:
Receive instructions and schedules from plant supervision.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, orderly work environment Operate equipment when directed.
Ensure that all finished product meets quality standard.
Ready and able to move 40+lbs multiple times per day
Leadman Qualifications:
We Require:
Precast experience preferred
Great work ethic and impeccable attendance.
Able to read and understand work orders and complex instructions.
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
Willing and able to climb multiple stairs throughout the shift.
Ability to work outdoors or in open air environment.
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
