Seeking a skilled Estimator and Project Manager to join a construction company.

Project Manager Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
24.00 to $ 43.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 08:00am to04:30pm )
- Responsible for accurately assessing project costs.
- Managing budgets, timelines, and overseeing project execution.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, providing clarification on estimates, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Manager Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in estimating commercial construction projects (preferred).
- Proficiency in construction estimating software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects ranging from $500k to $30 million.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
