Picker/Packer Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.50 to $ 16.50 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( 12:00am to12:00pm )
As an Elwood associate at Thrive Market, your duties could entail the following:
- As a Picker, you will be assembling customer orders with an RF scanner and placing into totes to be sent to Pack stations
- A Picker could be walking up to 22 miles a day
- As a Packer, you will be getting the customer's order(s) ready for shipment and could be standing up to 11 hours a day
- General warehouse duties
Picker/Packer Qualifications:
- No HSD/GED required!
- WIlling to work OT as required
- Willing to walk 18-22 miles per shift
- Flexible to extended hours
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
