Industrial Painter / Blaster Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 to $ 30.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- Candidate will be responsible for manually moving parts through the painting, flashing and drying sections of the paint system.
- Candidate will be responsible for the entire paint process, including but not limited to Mixing paints and solvents according to manufacturer's specifications
- Correct operation of automated mixing equipment
- Application of liquid paint to meet specifications using electrostatic and traditional paint guns
- Assuring that parts reside in the flashing and drying sections of the paint system for the specified time Inspection of work and correction to work as necessary
- Periodic cleaning/flushing of paint/solvent delivery systems as required
- Maintenance Department or as part of the paint work process.
- Candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of the paint system and work area.
- Candidate will assist as needed in all areas of the paint line operation.
Industrial Painter / Blaster Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Candidate will be responsible for having maintenance of all paint system equipment accomplished as specified
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to perform strenuous repetitive work Ability to work while wearing a respirator and protective clothing
- Must pass pulmonary function test and respirator fit test
- Should possess an attention to detail and a desire to produce high-quality parts
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions - Self-starter
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
