HR Generalist (bilingual)
The HR Generalist administers policies relating to all phases of human resources activity, payroll processing, and HR compliance. Must be able to fluently speak Spanish and English to assist a diverse group of employees. $65K - $85K DOE + strong benefits. Position sits in Price Utah and relocation assistance is provided if needed.

HR Generalist (bilingual) Details:
Direct Hire position- $
65,000.00 to $ 85,000.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Remain current and up-to-date on legal and government reporting regulations to ensure human resource and payroll policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
- Maintain a working understanding of employment law, including FMLA, WARN, OSHA, FLSA, and other applicable state and federal laws.
- Track, manage, and assist in the development and maintenance of accurate job descriptions.
- Manage various HR metrics for internal information purposes.
- Organize and keep employee files up to date.
- Assist in tracking and managing HR data including new hires, terminated employees, etc.
- Maintain records of benefits plan participation.
- Advise supervisors and managers in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
- Respond to inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Employee new hire duties and orientations.
- Assist with benefits administration.
- Address employee concerns, investigations, terminations etc.
- Track PTO and facilitate timesheet submittal.
- Ensure payroll is completed accurately.
HR Generalist (bilingual) Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR focused study or closely related field Minimum 3+ years’ HR experience
- Construction or manufacturing industry experience a plus
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Must have experience with employee relations, compliance, payroll, benefits and investigation laws
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office software; Internet software, employee performance software, etc.
