Production Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 19.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available
- 1st / 3rd Shift 12 Hour Days
- 7 AM - 7 PM OR 7 PM - 7 AM
- Operate and maintain designated machinery within the factory setting.
- Set up the machine according to specifications.
- Monitor performance, making necessary adjustments for optimal operation.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks to ensure machinery functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during operation.
Production Operator Qualifications:
- 1 year of recent experience operating similar machinery or equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to changing production needs.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
