Accounting Clerk - Urgent Hire Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:30am to04:00pm )
- Running reports and analyzing data
- Entering financial transactions
- Reconciling statements and accounts
- Maintaining financial records
- Reviewing transactions and documents for accuracy and completeness
- Applying analytical and critical thinking to assigned tasks
- Researching transactions
- Maintaining files (electronic and hard copy)
Accounting Clerk - Urgent Hire Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting or finance-related roles preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record maintenance
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
