Are you ready to be a part of something big? Elwood Staffing is seeking dedicated production workers to join our dynamic team at a leading cheese manufacturing plant in Las Cruces. Enjoy a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, allowing for 2-3 days off every week. 1st or 2nd shift available.

Packers Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Third Shift ( Sunday throughSunday from 05:00pm to05:30am )
- 1st Shift is 5:00am-5:00pm- $15/hr
- 2nd Shift is 5:00pm- 5:00am $16.50/hr
- Work a rotating schedule- 4 days one week 3 days the following week
- Load cheese into packaging machine.
- Moving cheese throughout the brine serpentine.
- Keeping track of the vats to bring up to the lab to be tested for analytical before being packaged bag all cheese called for on a daily production plan.
- Pack cheese into cheese and bulk totes.
- Check packages for correct code dates and labels.
- Clean and sanitize all equipment and rooms.
Packers Qualifications:
- Must be able to continuously repeat same process during entire shift.
- Must be able to stand for 12 hrs.
- Must be able to lift 25-55 lbs.
- Must be able to follow attendance policy.
- Must have production work experience.
- Reliable transportation is required.
