Customer Service Representative Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 21.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Answer customer's questions about products, prices & availability
- Process customer invoices, bills of lading, purchase orders
- Purchase orders
- Follow up with customers & vendors about order confirmation, ship dates & pricing
- Process Invoices through customer portals
- Process vendor payables
- Research & resolve billing issues
- Prepare reports for management
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Microsoft Word, excel, outlook
- Multi-tasking, organized, fast paced & team player
- Problem Solving Organizational skills
- Excellent verbal & communication skills
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
