Maintenance Tech Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 to $ 18.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:30am to04:00pm )
- Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping etc.
- Perform minor fixes such as replacing light bulbs, basic plumbing, tool repair
- Do garden/yard upkeep by mowing lawn
- Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm)
- Report to the facilities manager for issues
- Complies with all company safety regulations
- Responds to repair and maintenance requests in a timely fashion
- Full job description will be discussed during interview
Maintenance Tech Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of previous maintenance experience required
- Must be able to use both hand and power tools
- Must be able to lift 50lbs, stand, bend, twist, climb, kneel, push/pull for 8 hour shift
- Reliable transportation a must
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
