Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.50 to $ 16.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 05:30pm to04:00pm )
The Machine Operator /Packer operates, makes minor adjustments, assures the output of machine production is properly being packed and reports machine problems to mechanics for automated packaging equipment.
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Ensure that the proper date code and raw materials (blanks, foil, and tags) are properly located in the designated area by visual inspection.
- Ensure that all safety processes are followed including use of e-stops, guards/doors are in place prior to starting machine, and following LOTO.
- Monitor machine to assure it is running to standard operating procedure.
- Identify basic machinery problems, be able to do basis troubleshooting and report to maintenance and supervision on machine issues.
- Replenish materials and monitor scrap/rejects.
- Pick up finished cartons from conveyor and place/stack on skid per assigned configuration.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
