CNC Programmer/Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
24.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:00pm )
- Develop, write, and optimize CNC programs for various CNC lathes
- Interpret and create technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models. (AutoCAD inventor preferred)
- Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for machining operations
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines as needed to ensure proper machine functionality and product quality
- Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and management team members to improve manufacturing processes and resolve production issues
- Maintain and update CNC program files and documentation
- Strong understanding of G-code and M-code programming languages
CNC Programmer/Operator Qualifications:
- 8+ years of CNC lathe experience required
- Longevity in work history required
- Operate manual lathes and mills
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
