Customer Service and Data Entry Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Work semi-independently within a team environment to process verbal and written requests from distributors and other departments within the company.
- Accept phone calls and give price quotes for manufacturing services and answer manufacturing questions.
- Coordinate between all departments and facilities to insure customer satisfaction in product and deliveries.
- Resolve conflicts between customer expectations and delivered products.
- Correct and verify imprecise information and specifications on received orders and requests.
Customer Service and Data Entry Qualifications:
- Experience using DOS software preferred
- Experience with customer service and using multiline phone systems.
- Longevity at previous positions is a must.
- Working in a cubicle space for the majority of the day.
- Some type of Office Experience such as answering multi-line phones, 10-key data entry, emailing, greeting customers.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
