Accounting Admin Office Assistant Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
- Assist customers with inquiries about aircraft parts, accessories, and supplies.
- Provide product recommendations and information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Utilize multiple software programs.
- Process payments carefully and correctly.
- Assist Accounts Payables department.
Accounting Admin Office Assistant Qualifications:
•Must have a resume longevity at previous jobs!
•Reliable transportation
•Strong work history
•Must be good on computers and phones
•1+ years of experience in clerical role
•Must be able to work around dogs, there is one on the property
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
