Forge Trimmer Details:
Temporary position- $
17.40 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to04:30pm )
- Measure and mark metal parts to guide trimming and shaping processes, ensuring precise and accurate results
- Use various tools and techniques to trim excess material, shape, and refine forged metal parts to meet specifications and tolerances.
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear to prevent accidents and injuries while working with hot and heavy metal.
Forge Trimmer Qualifications:
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Understanding of different metals, their properties, and how they react to forging and trimming processes.
- Working in a manufacturing environment, which may include exposure to noise, heat, and machinery.
- May require standing for long periods and lifting/moving heavy materials.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
