Temporary Admin Assistant
We are searching for an experienced Administrative Assistant for a temporary position for about 16 weeks starting as soon as possible!

Temporary Admin Assistant Details:
Temporary position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes, process payments.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Maintain office filing and organization systems.
Temporary Admin Assistant Qualifications:
- Must know 10-key data entry and type with a speed of at least 45 WPM
- Friendly and out going personality is a must!
- Customer Service Experience in a busy work environment
- Attention to Detail
- Money/Payment Handling Experience
- Multi-tasking Experience
- Reliable record of attendance
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
