Exciting opportunity for an experienced Inside Sales Office Assistant for a local high-end art gallery. This is Part-time only, Tuesday- Thursday 9:30 am - 5:30 pm.

Inside Sales Office Assistant Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 19.00 / hour Part Time work availableFirst Shift ( Tuesday throughThursday from 09:30am to05:30pm )
- This is a PART-TIME position, less than 30 hours per week
- Consult with clients and sell artwork and home decor
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Data entry, replies to emails, and correspondences
- Accounts payable & receivable, and creating purchase orders
- Assist with marketing tasks
Inside Sales Office Assistant Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative assistant experience
- 2+ years experience in upscale sales
- Great communication skills
- Ability to consult with clients and make recommendations
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
