Sale Support Specialist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Fast-paced working environment
- Summarize details in QuickBooks
- Customer Service, should have strong professional conversation etiquette, especially in person and over the phone when interacting with company representatives, clients and customers.
- Sales Support
- MUST be able to Multi-Task, to handle multiple projects at one time and completing tasks efficiently and quickly.
- Accounting.
- Handling administrative duties for the sales team.
- Performing data entry duties in regards to metrics, sales figures and other key data
- Providing assistance to management team members and executives as needed.
Sale Support Specialist Qualifications:
Degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
QuickBooks
Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.
Demonstrate pro-active attitudes, practices and behaviors for organizational goal attainment.
