Compensation Analyst Details:
Temporary position- $
30.00 to $ 40.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- This assignment is temporary for only two to three months
- Shift can either be:
- 8am to 5pm
- 9am to 6pm
Duties:
- Develop and implement compensation strategies, including bonuses and total rewards to support organizational goals and objectives within the Behavioral Health industry
- Provide recommendations on salary structure, incentives, and benefits to attract and retain top talent
- Conduct job evaluations and maintain job descriptions to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
- Administer salary and bonus surveys and analyze data to determine appropriate salary ranges and bonus structures for various roles within the organization
- Review and approve salary adjustments, promotions, bonuses and other compensation changes
- Provide touch points with equity matters to ensure fair and equitable total rewards programs across the organization
- Analyze compensation data
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations governing compensation practices. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting compensation in the Behavioral Health sector
- Partner with legal counsel as needed to address compliance issues and mitigate risks
- Work closely with HR Leaders, Talent Acquisition, and Hiring Managers to address compensation-related questions and concerns
Compensation Analyst Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, finance or related field required
- 3+ years of experience as a compensation analyst
- HR industry certification and/or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) strongly preferred.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
