Quality Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to04:30pm )
- Monitor and control variables within our process to ensure that all finished products consistently meet customer and our clients quality standards.
- Develop, track, and report quality metrics that measure overall performance, individual performance, and drive process improvements.
- Assist management with problem detection, problem solving, and ways to improve quality delivery.
- Coordinate with Management to ensure that Quality is appropriately prioritized within all production procedures.
- Daily monitoring of wash systems including preparation for all production runs (pre-run titration and mid-run adjustments).
Quality Technician Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a quality tech required
- Longevity in work history required
- Ability to work independently to achieve desired results
- Self-directed
- Must prioritize teamwork and helping to achieve team/business goals
- Must be able to focus and stay on task throughout shift
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
