Line Performance Technicians
We are seeking a Line Performance Technician for our manufacturing team!!! You would be responsible for executing production or packaging line’s key performance targets while ensuring, Quality, People and Food Safety requirements are being maintained while maximizing efficiency, productivity and minimizing waste.

Line Performance Technicians Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.75 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Sunday throughSaturday )
- Responsible for coordinating, controlling, and tracking material usage and for performing adjustments and troubleshooting of equipment and processes to maintain a consistent flow and pace to assembly and packaging line activities.
- Ensure safe work practices are adhered to by manufacturing workers including discussing daily safety topics in huddles, ensuring warm-up exercises are performed, executing rotations to create equal distribution of repetitive work, and ensuring adherence to training requirements.
- Inspect for proper sanitation of equipment and facilities and take corrective action to resolve deficiencies.
- Participate in shift handoffs to ensure on time start of next shift and ensure all positions are covered during breaks.
Line Performance Technicians Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1 to 2 years food manufacturing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a lead or supervisory role, overseeing 10-20 people
- Able to work swing shift and overtime if necessary
- Able to stand for majority of shift and lift 50+lbs
- Reliable Transportation to White City
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
