Senior Marketing Coordinator Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 /annually
• First Shift (Monday through Friday)

The Senior Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for all facets of marketing administration and digital communications. This position requires a diversified, creative professional with experience in graphic design, video editing, events, social media, website optimization, digital and print marketing and marketing administration.

• Create and publish engaging internal content across various platforms, including the website, intranet, and email.
• Generate and research ideas for original content, and design compelling graphics.
• Use graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Capcut, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere) to produce visually appealing content.
• Assist in planning and scheduling marketing communications.
• Help manage the company's online reputation on platforms like Indeed and Glassdoor.
• Utilize SEO, keyword research, and Google My Business to enhance online presence.
• Maintain relationships with external media companies (social media, website, etc.).
• Efficiently manage the marketing budget.
• Prepare submissions for various industry awards. Research and highlight industry trends.
• Assist in planning and executing company events, trade shows, and webinars to promote the brand.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with company goals and objectives.
• Ensure all marketing materials and communications maintain brand consistency and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Draft marketing collateral including company brochures, infographics, and corporate presentations.
