Land Acquisitions Analyst opportunity at healthy home builder / residential developer. Direct hire, $95K - $130K DOE + bonus potential.

Land Acquisitions Analyst Details:
Direct Hire position- $
95,000.00 to $ 130,000.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
Responsible for participating in land acquisition, feasibility study, pro-forma development, working with brokers, in an effort to acquire residential property.
- Conduct market research, analyze market and industry data, prepare pricing/rent data.
- Assist in LOI, PSA, due diligence, finance, partners and joint ventures.
- Assist in managing data base of potential acquisitions, introduction letters, offer letters, land owners’ entities and names.
- Assist in presentations of land opportunities to senior management.
- Use Land Vision and other tools to efficiently search for acquisitions.
Land Acquisitions Analyst Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in Real Estate development.
- Strong ability to work within a team environment, inclusive of others’ ideas and a willingness to cooperate, sound judgement with high level of integrity to maintain confidential and sensitive financial information.
- Advanced MS excel skills, strong Microsoft Office application, JDE skills a plus.
