Elwood Staffing is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative in Longview! Monday-Friday 8am-5pm $16-18/hr!

Customer Service Representative Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 to $ 18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Provide above average customer service
- Assisting customers with product information, shipping, refunds and replacements
- Solving customer issues and disputes
- Heavy data entry and completing paperwork
- Engage with customer via phone, chat and email
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Must have experience in a CSR role
- Posses multitasking and problem solving skills
- Must be able to type 55 WMP
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
