Manufacturing Support Supervisor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
24.00 to $ 26.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 05:00am to03:30pm )
Job Summary: This is an active and cross functional position which is responsible for working closely with multiple departments throughout the manufacturing facility. Supports all teams, company culture, and facility objectives / initiatives by example through behavior, performance, and attitude. Support includes the following but is not limited to administrative tasks, purchasing responsibilities / tracking, overseeing portions of the operation or specific projects, coordinating supplies or services through third party vendors in a timely manner, and in managing compliance documents such as SOP’s and training records. Will be responsible for delegation and collaboration of projects to support manufacturing, paperwork tracking and preparation. Job Function: Contributes to monthly production schedule planning for manufacturing. Ability to wear many hats to support a range need for manufacturing and the facility. Must provide an updated resume and schedule an interview with the hiring manager.
Manufacturing Support Supervisor Qualifications:
- High School degree
- Previous administrative experience within a manufacturing environment a plus.
- Bilingual a plus, but not required.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word and Excel.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet stated deadlines.
- Must have basic math skills with the ability to understand conversions in various weight units.
