CNC Machine Operator Details:
Direct Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 23.00 / hour First Shift
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate machining and adherence to project requirements.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal production flow.
- Maintain strict quality control standards, inspecting finished products to meet industry and company specifications.
CNC Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC machining, with a strong background in machine setup and operation.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of CNC programming and ability to make minor adjustments to ensure precision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to prevent downtime.
- Familiarity with safety protocols in a manufacturing environment and adherence to all safety regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications or training in CNC machining preferred.
