Elwood Staffing has an exciting new opportunity for a project manager in the Loveland area.

Commercial Project Manager Details:
Direct Hire position- $
60,000.00 / annually Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Managing large, medium and small scale commercial and residential jobs.
- Jobsite walks daily (to asses jobsite conditions and ability to schedule accordingly)
- Read through Construction Blueprints and Specifications (Training Available)
- Attend mandatory and non-mandatory pre-bid meetings
- Contractor Relationship building
- Installer Relationship building
- Communicate with End Users, General Contractors, Architects, Team Members & Installers
- Project/Product Data Entry into flooring specific software
- Product knowledge training is always ongoing
- Administrative Duties (Phone Answering, Emails, Paperwork, Microsoft Office proficient)
- Help walk in traffic with Product Selections
- Assist other departments when needed.
Commercial Project Manager Qualifications:
- Previous experience with project management
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel around Northern Colorado
- Strong customer relations skills
- Must be able to organize and maintain schedules
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
