Estate Planning Attorney Details:

  • Direct Hire position
  • $97,000.00 to $120,000.00 /annually
  • Salaried
  • Take an active role in drafting and preparing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
  • Conduct client consultations to understand their estate planning needs and goals. • Research and provide guidance on estate, gift, and income tax implications for estate planning strategies.
  • Manage the administration of estates, including the preparation and filing of probate petitions and related documents.
  • Handle communications with executors, beneficiaries, and creditors.
  • Draft and review real estate contracts, leases, purchase agreements, and related documents.
  • Draft and review business contracts, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and other corporate documents.

Estate Planning Attorney Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Bar in Oregon and in good standing.
  • Experience practicing law, with a background in one or more of the following areas: general business, real property, estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
  • Experience or demonstrated interest in elder law and Medicaid planning is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and delivering quality legal services.
