Warehouse Customer Account Rep. Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:00pm )
- Assist customers via telephone and email and handle complaints in a calm and professional manner
- Diagnose, assess and resolve problems with inventory and assist in cycle counts
- Scan haul-away loads and verify product
- Plan and arrange travel itineraries, process expenses, and mange schedules
- Organize, schedule, and follow-up on meetings
Warehouse Customer Account Rep. Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Prior knowledge of warehouse operations and WMS is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers by phone and in person
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
