Accounting Clerk Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 to $ 19.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Attention to detail Accounting clerks need to be highly accurate.
- Communication skills Accounting clerks need to be able to communicate well with clients and other employees, especially about sensitive financial information.
- Accounting software proficiency Accounting clerks should be proficient in using accounting software like QuickBooks and Excel.

Accounting Clerk Qualifications:
- Type accurately
- Prepare, and maintain accounting documents and records
- Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements
- Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
- Daily enter key data of financial transactions into the database
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
