Maintenance Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
Maintenance Tech will perform routine maintenance duties including carpentry, painting, plumbing and basic equipment or facility repairs. Responsible for maintaining curb appeal of the property, buildings and common areas.
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Building Maintenance experience.
- Painter
- Electrician
- Plumbing
- Landscaping
- Construction experience.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
