Accounts Payable Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Assist with posting sales invoices.
- Assist with emailing/mailing sales invoices.
- Assist with pulling all A/R back up paperwork for sales invoices.
- Match all invoices for payment, be sure to have all utility type invoices.
- Enter all invoices for payment a least a week prior to the due date.
- Maintain all unpaid and paid A/P invoices:
Accounts Payable Qualifications:
- Must have 2 years plus in Accounting.
- Must have Accounts Payable Experience.
- Strong Email Knowledge.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
