Bilingual Pick & Pack Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 09:00am to06:00pm )
- Oversee the distribution of orders and assign priorities based on shipping requirements
- Responsible to verify the life cycle of orders on different Queues
- Ensure that pick and pack clerks are following protocol
- Responsible to supervise that orders are flowing through the pack stations in a timely manner
- Prioritize orders based on the Order fulfillment manager instructions.
- Responsible for garments to be pack in an organized and presentable manner.
Responsible to supervise that HC and ID orders requirements are followed
Bilingual Pick & Pack Lead Qualifications:
- Bilingual-Spanish/English required
- 2+ Years of lead experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, word, Excel.
- The candidate that is bilingual and has utilized a WMS System.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
