Accounting Department Manager Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
32.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Oversee project construction accounting department.
- Review, analyze, and present to the management team the month end, quarter-end, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct monthly financial project review meetings
- Oversee and review yearly audit and preparation of tax returns by external CPA.
- Analyze and manage process for work in progress (WIP) reporting and closing process.
- Responsible for oversight of the full cycle accounts receivable and accounts payable process.
- Complete billing with management team
Accounting Department Manager Qualifications:
- Human resource experience with benefits and new hires
- Experience with Quickbooks and basic accounting principles
- 3-5 years construction experience preferred
- Familiarity with Work in Progress accounting
- Accounting or finance degree preferred
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
