HR Assistant Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 to $ 18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Assist HR team members
- Provide customer service to internal employees & applicants
- Heavy data entry in Excel and Lotus 123
- Track applicant onboarding and various reports
- Assist in posting jobs and updating applicant tracking systems
- General office duties including filing, answering phones, customer service, reporting, data entry, etc.
HR Assistant Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience working in the Human Resources department is Required
- An associate degree is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, & Lotus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Heavy data entry and reporting experience required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
