Assembly Line Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
24.00 to $ 30.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:00pm to11:00pm )
- Train & coach the mechanical assembly team to meet production goals.
- Assemble, install, maintain, and repair equipment for modular units.
- Read blueprints, install wiring, pipe, conduit, gauges and other equipment
- Resolve production issues and suggest solutions and improvements
- Test to ensure the quality of all finished goods.
Assembly Line Lead Qualifications:
- 10+ years of manufacturing experience with a mechanical assembly background is required
- HS Diploma or equivalent is required
- Certifications or degrees in Industrial maintenance, manufacturing, electrical or welding are helpful
- Experience with Lean & Six Sigma, demand planning, production workflow, production testing & assembly is strongly preferred
- Proficient in using computer-based programs- SAP preferred
- Ability to read & interpret drawings & electrical schematics.
- Must be able to use precision measurement tools, tape measure, and OD Mics.
- A valid driver's license is required for this position
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
