Inside Sales Rep Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
26.00 to $ 28.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Generate professional project estimates and sales of metal building systems, residential & commercial metal roofing, metal fence, garage doors and components.
- Enter sales orders into software systems and coordinate internal resources to provide customers with desired products and services in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
- Manage post-delivery issues such as damages, shortages, delays, changes, etc.
- Ensure the sale of My Metal’s products and services comply with proper pricing guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Serve as the customer point of contact, provide assurance, and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Act as the contact between the customer and company regarding potential problems and customer desires.
- Analyze and report competitive market information.
- Provide and ensure customer-focused activities, deliverables, and services.
Inside Sales Rep Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Construction background/knowledge
- Minimum of three years experience in sales or service industry.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with detail orientation and organizational skills.
- Computer and business software application use required.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
