Bilingual English/Spanish Required

Bilingual Customer Service Specialist Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $20.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 09:00am to 05:00pm)
  • Understanding our customers, products, and processes.
  • Answering phones, taking messages, give customers product information and pricing while logging details of all calls.
  • Receiving orders from customers, generating delivery invoices, and submitting deliveries to be scheduled.
  • Getting and giving directions to job sites.
  • Communicating with other VCP employees verbally and in writing about products, projects, and driver availability/status.
  • Greeting people who come into office (Deliveries, Vendors, Customers and assisting them)
  • Support other employees on the team with organizing, efiling, filing, research, document generation, reservations and etc.

Bilingual Customer Service Specialist Qualifications:

  • Successful candidate must have: At least 2 year's office clerical experience.
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office, with basic/intermediate-level knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • File Management.
  • A strong work ethic and desire to work at a smaller company in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
  • Strong customer service skills (especially confidence on the phone).
  • Good attendance required.
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
