We are seeking a motivated Welder to support daily operations in our shop and assist with manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be dependable, willing to learn, and capable of handling various tasks in both welding and manufacturing. This is a hands-on role in a family-oriented environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Experienced Shop Assistants and Welders Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:00am to04:30pm )
- Assist welders by preparing materials for welding, including cutting, grinding, and cleaning metal parts.
- Operate machinery and tools to assist with fabrication and manufacturing tasks.
- Handle raw materials, measure and cut materials according to specifications.
- Assist in assembling and fabricating metal components and products.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop, ensuring it is a safe workspace.
Experienced Shop Assistants and Welders Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a welding or manufacturing environment is required.
- experienced with MIG and TIG on aluminum and steel
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in welding and manufacturing.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to lift and handle materials up to 75 lbs.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
