Maintenance Assistant Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 24.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift
- Follow the QHSE policy and procedures
- Work under direct supervision of Technicians or Maintenance Supervisors.
- Pre-use inspection on equipment before starting the job.
- Select proper tooling for the job.
- Perform basic assembly and disassembly of oilfield equipment following procedures
- Use basic assembly tools and follow torque procedures, hand tool knowledge and mechanically inclined experience is required
- Communicate process and safety improvements throughout the shop.
- Support continuous improvement efforts to improve the efficiency and productivity of Maintenance Technicians.
- Other duties as required.
Maintenance Assistant Qualifications:
- Assembly and test experience or mechanically inclined experience preferred
- 2 years experience in maintenance
- Minimum high school education.
- Overhead crane and forklift experience preferred.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
