Driver Assessor/Trainer Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 to $ 35.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift
- Aid in the development of Crash Free contractors and drivers by coaching and mentoring of employees through in New Employee Safety Training, First Aid/ CPR, PEC, vehicle Skill Assessments, Commentary Drives, and Advanced Skill Maneuvers.
- Work directly with Driver Trainers, Master Driver Trainers, and management for the duration of the driver training course
- Provide the opportunity for the development of driving skills and elevation of competence through
- Supervised practice sessions
- Reinforcing classroom theory in the vehicle
- Knowledge sharing
- Positive reinforcement
- Constructive criticism
- Moving of equipment and Advanced Skill Maneuver vehicles?
- Organization, completion, and distribution of all required documentation
- Cleaning and refueling of equipment and vehicles
- Documentation and reporting of any needed repairs
Driver Assessor/Trainer Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- HSE or equivalent degree
- Experience in safety
- Previously help CDL a plus
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
