Lead Position Details:
Temporary position- $
19.20 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Second Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:00pm to11:00pm )
This position is responsible for providing operational support for the contract by maintaining quality performance objectives, assisting in cost control programs, and ensuring the employees are properly trained to execute their job function. The Team Leader is expected to be proactive in looking for ways to improve Current operation
Lead Position Qualifications:
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational skills.
- Cooperative and willing to assist others.
- Ability to work with little to no supervision.
- Must have above average skills in MS Office Suite, Navis, and AS400 applications.
- Must be flexible to work other shifts and work every Saturday when there is Saturday production.
- MUST maintain a positive attitude and treat associates fair and consistent.
- The Lead will interact with the on-site supervisor’s to ensure all associates are being safe and professional.
- The Lead will be responsible for keeping material handlers busy and also keeping track of material handlers.
- Must be able to multi-task as you are using multiple systems, assisting in damages and helping associates when needed.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
