Production Operator
Winamac company seeking experienced Production Operators for 1st Shift. MUST have prior CNC laser and welding experience. Pay based on experience.

Production Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 22.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- The Production Operator will make a variety of parts using a variety of machinery under supervision. You will be responsible for basic set ups and operating various machines to ensure the interminable and efficient running of production. The goal will be to ensure that production procedures will be carried on safely to maximize efficiency and profits and meet all part specifications.
Production Operator Qualifications:
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Ability to make and read measurements.
- Ability to read dimensions from a drawing and measure the same on the part
- Ability to read, understand and carry out written instructions.
- Ability to understand and carry out verbal instructions.
- tanding up to 100% of the entire time.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, 35 lbs. frequently.
- Continuous eye concentration
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs (including nights, evenings, on-call, and weekends).
- Overtime as required.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or factory environment required.
- Preferred experience applying Lean thinking.
- Lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
