Forklift/Receiving Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:00pm )
- Responsible for all material movement on the floor including the receiving docks, shipping docks and material moves in and out of the production areas. This includes loading and unloading trucks, racks, shelves, carts, and any other storage containers where material is stored.
- Unload all incoming material from trucks, properly utilizing all safety functions available.
- Verify all items received against trucking paperwork and packing slip, noting any discrepancies.
- Move all material to the designated storage area, filling, and rotating stock, when necessary, in accordance with FIFO.
- Use hand scanner and computer, when necessary, to move the material from one area to another area.
Forklift/Receiving Qualifications:
- Experience with forklift and pallet jack beneficial.
- Must complete 6 weeks of hands-on training to complete forklift training.
- Obtain and keep forklift certification with our client.
- Experience with inventory control beneficial.
- Experience with material movement throughout a production facility beneficial.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
