Property Manager Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Schedule and oversee contract vendors
- Collect receivable accounts and handle operating experience
- Address tenants concerns or issues in a timely manner
- Collect rent and handle late payments when necessary
- Visit sites on a regular basis
- Clean units when needed
- Other duties required for a property manager to oversee
Property Manager Qualifications:
- Property management required
- Section 42 experience preferred
- Experience with self-storage facilities a plus
- Must be able to type, stand, sit, walk, and lift as required throughout the day
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
