CSR Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift
Responsible for the system receipt, preparation, and documentation of material being received and shipped to various locations
- Receiving orders
- Answering High Volume Phone calls and Emails
- Shipping
- Creating Pick Tickets for order selectors
- Quality Inspections
- Inventory Control
CSR Qualifications:
• Minimum High School Diploma
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Service for Order Fulfillment.
• Essential understanding of Quality Programs and Continual Improvement
• Pass a basic background check. Highly Desired Experience:
• Knowledge of Operating Accounting and Inventory Software
• Intermediate knowledge and understanding of Quality Programs and Continual Improvement
• Bilingual (Spanish) Verbal and Written
