Service Supervisor Details:
Direct Hire position- $
54,080.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:45am to04:30pm )
- Responsible to work on and coordinate new installs and Special Services projects (chlorination, freezes, water sampling, etc.).
- Response to all emergencies and customer service calls in a timely manner (customer complaints, request, etc.) via email, by phone and/or in-person.
- Daily supervision, training and direction to all route service personnel.
Service Supervisor Qualifications:
- 2-year Management degree
- Minimum of 3-5 years Supervisory experience in Plumbing or Mechanical Field.
- Must have expert mechanical and/or plumbing troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to learn new products and train others.
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office having the ability to create and run reports.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
